Delivery and Refunds

1. Scope of Services

WhyNex provides subscription software, custom development, setup, hosting, maintenance, support, and related digital services. Scope, duration, price, and acceptance criteria appear in the order summary, proposal, or agreement between the parties.

2. Delivery Method and Timing

Services are delivered electronically rather than by physical shipment, including by creating an account, sending access credentials or files, or making the system available in the agreed environment.

• Ready subscriptions are activated within the stated period after payment and required information are received.
• Custom projects are delivered according to the approved stages and schedule.
• Delays in content, access, feedback, or approvals required from the customer may affect delivery dates.

3. Checking Delivery

Customers should review the service within a reasonable time after delivery or access notice and report missing items in writing. A verified defect or deviation from the agreed scope will first be addressed through correction or repeat performance at no additional charge.

4. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refunds

Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights remain reserved. Where the consumer expressly requests performance before the withdrawal period expires, or digital content is supplied immediately, the right may be lost when the legal conditions are met.

• Timely withdrawal requests are reviewed where performance has not begun.
• For work already started, the completed and documented portion may be deducted.
• Custom software, design, integration, or content may be non-refundable unless defective or non-conforming.
• Subscription cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term; used time is not partly refunded unless the agreement or mandatory law says otherwise.

5. Refund Process

Once eligibility is confirmed, refunds are made within the legally required period and, where possible, through the original payment method. Processing time at a bank or payment provider is outside WhyNex’s control.

6. Submitting a Request

Include your name or company, order or invoice details, the reason for the request, and supporting screenshots where relevant. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
